Teff, also known as dwarf millet, is a particularly tasty grain that originally came from Ethiopia. The very small seeds of the teff plant have it all. Celiac sufferers have a delicious gluten-free alternative with Teff. The dwarf millet tastes pleasantly nutty and slightly sweet. The light teff flour is ground without a shell, has a mild taste and can be used for bread, pastries and pancakes or as a binder.
