Franciacorta DOCG Brut Saten Millesime, sparkling wine, white, Mosnel

100% Chardonnay. High-quality vintage sparkling wine from Il Mosnel. Aromas of ripe mandarin oranges and candied ginger, brioche and macadamia nuts. Particularly creamy perlage. The base wine of this Franciacorta is 40% matured in small wooden barrels. The Saten traditionally has a little less bottle pressure, the pearls are more subtle - hence the name `Satin`.
