Sparkling wine, rose, Franciacorta DOCG Brut Rose, Il Mosnel

The 40% Pinot Noir give this rose its beautiful color. Add to that 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Blanc. The wines mature to 80% in steel tanks and 20% in small wooden barrels. Then they are still on the yeast for at least 24 months. The result is a lively, fruity and fine-fruity Franciacorta with a bouquet of red berries. A good dessert companion.
