100% Sauvignon Blanc. Alpine-fresh white wine from South Tyrol. On the barren, gravelly soil, the rows of vines are partly still trained in the traditional pergola system, i.e. on a high pergola. The canopy of leaves offers natural protection from too much sun, perfect in very hot summers and for producing fresh, fruity wines. The wine smells of gooseberry, kiwi, herbs and freshly mown grass. A crisp, slim wine that is great to drink as an aperitif, with green salad with baked goat`s cheese or with asparagus.
