100% Vernatsch. The classic from South Tyrol! With the scent of red cherry, a little Amarena and bitter almond, it tastes juicy and fruity and has little tannin and lots of freshness. It should be chilled slightly, ideally to 12-13 degrees. Goes particularly well with bacon, Kaminwurzen and Schuttelbrot.
