The unique brand of sea salt flakes - HAVSNØ - is extracted from the cool, pure seawater of Saltsteinsleia in the Norwegian Sea. The mineral content of the cool and pure seawater makes HavsnØ`s crystalline, white flakes smooth and soft with a slightly crunchy consistency. The salt has a strongly salty but pure taste without being bitter - this is thanks to the natural trace elements.
