Soft chocolate callets with a strong whole milk flavor and a velvety texture. They have a slightly sweet taste. They are excellent for use in pastries, ice cream, ganache or mousse. A hot drinking chocolate can also be made with them. Add callets to hot milk and froth until dissolved.
