Use: for salads and raw vegetables Smell: hay Taste: Paprika, chicory Quality: Extra virgin olive oil (olive oil with an acidity of less than 0.8°) Production process: cold pressing (during production the temperature never exceeded 27°C) Recommended use: unopened within 18 months Storage: Protect from light and heat. Like wine, olive oil does not tolerate temperature changes. It should be stored in the cellar or, in small quantities for daily use, in the kitchen, preferably in the kitchen cupboard, but definitely not near a window.
