The crunch roll sets developed by Spitzenkoch Matthias Walter offer a multitude of new possibilities for the kitchen. The stainless steel tubes can be wrapped with almost every dough (baked dough, brioche dough, puff pastry, wonton dough, spring roll dough, filo pastry, strudel dough, etc.) and are then prepared (baked or fried). Thanks to the practical design, they can simply be removed from the fryer or the oven and cooled down. A perfect hollow tube can then be removed, which can be filled in any conceivable way
