Developed by top chef Matthias Walter, the Crunch Roll Sets offer a variety of doughs that can be wrapped in any type of pastry (yeast dough, brioche dough, puff pastry, wonton wrappers, spring roll wrappers, filo pastry, strudel dough, etc.) and then prepared (baked or fried). Thanks to their practical design, they can be easily removed from the fryer or oven and left to cool. A perfect hollow tube can then be slid off, which can be filled in any imaginable way.
