The wild capers of the Cyclades are well known for their distinctive taste. These capers are harvested by the village women of the Cyclades Islands by hand. Beside the capers also capernblätter and Capernäpfel are inserted - typical for the Cyclades. Only rough sea salt is added, no vinegar. Therefore, absolutely water when you eat them pure. If they are cooked, they do not need to be watered. We have asked many gourmets and top chefs. Everyone agreed that these were the best capers they had ever eaten. A must for all capers fans!
