Ready-to-use chocolate cream. Sugar, vegetable oil, vegetable fat, 17% cocoa heavily deoiled, dried glucose syrup, emulsifiers: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin, MILK PROTEIN, aroma. Store in a dry, sealed place up to +20°C. Processing: For filling: can be processed directly. For light and fluffy filling creams, beat with butter, cream margarine or peanut fat in a ratio of 2:1 (whipping time approx. 2 minutes). Processing temperature +20°C to +25°C. To coat: heat to approx. +35°C and stir well. After coating the pastries, keep them cool. Ideal for chilled and frozen pastries as the coating does not break.
