A classic Tandoori, or even Tanduri Masala spice, piquant, earthy and fresh. Blended with buttermilk or yoghurt, it is typically used as a chicken marinade. Afterwards, they are moored in the typical Tandur, a charcoal stove. Light black spots are even desirable. At home the whole goes on the grill in the very hot oven also.
