Fast and delicious - with summer truffle! Simply cook your favorite pasta, heat the sauce in a pan, and then strain the pasta through the sauce after draining. Then sprinkle fresh Parmesan on top or grate fresh truffles. Alternatively, simply slice a fresh salmon thinly as a carpaccio, heat the sauce and then pour the hot sauce over the fish carpaccio.
