The sauce can be served as a soup, for example, with a raw scallop as an ingredient. Alternatively, sauté some prawns and add chili, baby spinach and green onions. Then pour the sauce over it and pull a fresh pasta through the sauce. Or serve with the fish fillet and refine with chervil, tarragon or chives.
