Yuzu is a citrus fruit cultivated in China, Korea and Japan, which is similar in shape to satsumas. It is juicy, slightly bitter, sour and aromatic and has more complex flavors than lemons. In Asian cuisine, yuzus are often used as a seasoning together with salt and/or pepper or chilies. This yuzu juice is pure citrus juice.
