The products of the ancient noodle factory Morelli are unique in their art. Their secret lies in an ingredient that is not found in ordinary noodles. It is the wheat germ, the heart of the grain. This fine, original Italian and artisan pasta from San Romano (Pisa) is dispensed with any preservatives and dyes. The dough is rolled by hand and dried for 36 hours at low temperature.
