Another puree from the Ponthier company, which specializes in the production of a wide variety of fruit purees. The Gariguette strawberry puree consists of 90% strawberries, to which 10% pure cane sugar is then added. The `Gariguette` variety is the earliest variety of spring strawberries and is mainly grown in France. The `Gariguette` strawberry impresses with its elongated and light red fruits, which are only harvested by hand from the end of May. In this fruit puree you can find the sweet, slightly sour and aromatic taste of the `Gariguette` strawberry all year round. The puree is great for making ice cream, pastries, cakes and cocktails or simply as a topping, which is very easy to dose using the resealable screw cap.
