These dried peaches are made from fully ripe fresh fruits, some of which have been deprived of water to preserve them. They can be eaten dried, but also put back in water, fruit juice or alcohol. In muesli, fruit or mixed salads, sauces, fillings, rice, cakes or biscuits they are a real delicacy. Of course, they are also ideal for garnishing a variety of dishes.
