Made from the best sweet Pedro Ximenez grapes, exposed to the sun for their passerillage (the French term for air-drying to increase sugar concentration), followed by a long process of aging for 5 years in American oak barrels, according to ancient tradition. Very balanced and persistent, with a dark mahogany color and an exceptional aroma of raisins, caramel and hints of wood from the barrel aging.
