For this reason, every fruit vinegar is made from the pure, optimally ripened fruit. Each wine vinegar retains its natural acidity and is not diluted with water - without additives or caramel to flatter the color. The elegant Golden Balsam Vinegar is brewed from Golden Delicious apples. It matures in wooden barrels and is characterized by mild acidity, lots of fructose and a high proportion of aromas.
