For this rosemary oil, only fresh rosemary was cold-extracted and placed in rapeseed oil. The oil gets its green color from the dissolved leaf green chlorophyll. Compared to a distilled aromatic oil, a cold-extracted oil from nature is composed of many flavor and fragrance components. A distilled aromatic oil cannot have this variety of flavors and aromas in all their complexity. Enjoy undiluted or as desired.
