An olive oil, which is called non filtrado in Italian - i.e. not filtered - from carefully selected Italiano olives. The mild and balanced extra virgin olive oil supports the flavors of the Mediterranean cuisine without being overpowering or covering anything up. Not far from the Ligurian coast near Taggia, the Venturino family cultivates their terraced olive groves with over 2000 olive trees. Due to the location, a lot of manual work is required here, right up to the harvest in the period from November to January.
