Unlike sultanas and currants, these grapes are very light. Gentle drying in the sun and shade increases the natural sweetness of the fruit (fructose and glucose) by up to 60%. They taste delicious in muesli, salads, desserts, pilaf, cakes, curries, fillings and stews.
