Fine grappa made from carefully selected pomace. For distillation one uses a traditional fuel bladder. Storage takes place for 18 months in small barrels of Limousin Oak and used sherry casks. Amber colored with gold-colored reflex. Elegant and persistent, it smells of vanilla, pastry and chocolate.
