Ingredients
Dark chocolate icing. CONDENSED WHOLE MILK, cocoa beans, sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar, cocoa powder, gelling agent: pectin, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN. Store in a cool place at +8 to +10°C. After opening, store at +4°C. Bottled under a protective atmosphere. Instructions for use: Peel off the aluminum foil. Pour 100 - 120g water onto the surface (approx. 1 / 2 cm). Close again with the lid. Heat to 40°C to 60°C, preferably in the microwave. Mix until the mixture becomes liquid. Use (smooth with spatula).
