From the manufactory Los Peperetes in Galicia originate seafood preserves of the extra class. The owners, Jesus Lorenzo and his Dona Paz, originally started conserving the little delicacies in their beloved Los Peperetes restaurant. During the main harvest season, in summer, only handpicked sardines are selected at Los Peperetes and preserved in olive oil. It is therefore best seasonal goods. The approx. 18 silver shining sardinillas are inserted without head, their consistency is velvety soft. The sardines can be eaten as a whole. The taste is very mild. Tip: Use the oil with as an ingredient for the dressing. From our point of view, they are the ultimate among the sardines.
