Harvested by expert divers, the delicious razor clams from the waters around Cap de Finisterre are presented with our classic garlic sauce. The best and largest mussels are cleaned and washed in warm salt water, then carefully placed in the tin and preserved. The Pesca de Rias seal of quality guarantees sustainable, artisanal fishing and thus the origin and quality of the mussels. A treat with a fresh wine and a few slices of toasted bread; delicious also slightly warmed up with a little lemon. The Los Peperetes factory in Galicia produces top-class canned seafood. The owners Jesus Lorenzo and his Dona Paz originally started out preserving the small delicacies in their popular restaurant Los Peperetes.
