This praline mass has a 50% nut content, with 25% hazelnuts and 25% almonds. With intense nutty notes, it is ideal for glazing cakes and pastries and serves as a wonderfully nutty filling for pralines, candies and pastries. The Amandes-Noisettes praline can also be used to make ice cream.
