This coffee dust consists of 100% Kenyan Arabica beans. Coffees from Kenya are among the best traded on the global market. After roasting, the beans are processed into ground coffee using a special low-energy rolling process. This avoids further silent roasting, which would lead to the loss of important aromatic substances. It is a natural flavor booster and can be dosed according to your own taste. The application is similar to matcha tea, simply stir it into a hot liquid. Very suitable for marinating, seasoning, pickling and for the finishing touch.
