DE-ÖKO-007 Due to its strong texture, the German variety Dornfelder is particularly well suited to transporting the aromas of the grape into the juice. Grapes from the Bornheim and Aspisheim vineyards in Rheinhessen were pressed for this juice. A wonderful, alcohol-free meal companion to meat dishes and cheese. The cider shop and private winery van Nahmen in the Rheinische Hamminkeln has developed a special process in recent years, with which grapes can be pressed according to type, while the whole typicity of the grape variety is retained in the juice.
