This product is suitable for flavoring creams, cream, ice cream, desserts, chocolates, cakes, quark and pastries. In addition to aroma extracts and natural flavors, white wine powder, coffee extract, caramel, brandy, hazelnuts, glucose and invert sugar syrup are included.

Glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, black carrot concentrate, ethyl alcohol, starch, spirulina concentrate, acidifier: citric acid, lavender extract. Contains alcohol! Dosage: 58 g (desserts) to max. 176 g per kg finished product (fine baked goods). Only for commercial processing. Not suitable for direct consumption. Violet staining may be redder or bluish depending on the acidity in the application. Store in a cool place.
