ES-ECO-013-IB Flor de Sal (the flower of salt) is the purest of all salts. Katja Wohr and Robert Chaves have made it their mission to harvest and sell the top salt in the nature reserve north-east of Playa Es Trenc in the southeast of Mallorca. The star chef Marc Fosh is responsible for refining the taste of Flor de Sal. Gourmets can look forward to a Flor de Sal complemented by sophisticated, spicy curry flavors - delicately seasoned with the Sri Lankan spices cinnamon and cardamom. Other ingredients: turmeric, cayenne, cumin, coriander, fennel seeds, fenugreek, cloves and black pepper. The special refinement of grilled chicken, lamb, baked fish and vegetables.
