2018 Saumagen Riesling, dry, 12.5% vol., Markus Schneider

The SAUMAGEN is located in the middle of a unique limestone basin. The limestone quarries of the first Roman settlers, coral banks and cliffs characterize this cult location in the Palatinate. A complex, mineral Riesling with clear aromas of yellow fruits such as citrus fruit, peach, apple and apricot. The aging in wood does it a lot of good, vanilla, brioche and the finest roasted aromas are added. Very soft and elegant on the palate with a long finish.
