Ingredients
Dumplings stuffed with spinach, quark and Parmesan, deep-frozen. Water, 33.9% WHEAT flour, 10.5% peas (QUARK 10% FiT), 9.1% spinach leaves, 7.3% potato flakes, uniodised salt, vegetable oils (rape, sunflower), PARMESAN, spices. Preparation: Cooking: Cook the frozen product in slightly salted water for 8 minutes. Steaming: Prepare frozen product in combi steamer for 9 minutes at 100% steaming. Baking: Spread frozen noodle with egg yolk or Combi-Phase and bake in preheated oven at + 250 ° C for 10 minutes. Frying: Breaded frozen dumplings and fry for 4 minutes at high temperature (+ 185 ° C). Store at -18 ° C or lower. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Stable at -6 ° C () for 1 week.
