Only while stocks last! Palm Island Pacific salt is obtained through a special process. Pacific water from the coastal region off the island of Molokai is filtered and evaporated in closed systems using solar energy. The resulting salt crystals are also mixed with a sea mineral extract. This results in a gourmet salt with only 84% sodium chloride - 16% is made up of 80 elements and trace elements found in seawater. Palm Island Pacific white salt is known for its shimmering crystals with fantastic texture and a distinctive sweet finish. Suitable for seasoning at the table for all cold dishes and for short-fried meat and fish.
