DE-ÖKO-006 From fruits of over 100-year-old pear trees in the foothills of the Alb. The aroma-preserving partial fermentation only achieves an alcohol content of 2%. In the glass strong straw yellow, with a fine perlage. Juicier on the nose, full of ripe pears, spicy notes of grass and hay. Very spicy sweet and luscious taste of the Upper Austrian wine pear on the palate, rounded off by the mildness of the Swiss water pear with nutty hints and lemon fresh, harmonious freshness kick through the fine sparkling carbon dioxide. Very harmonious with strong blue cheese or fruit cake.
