A gin with a very clear line. Only juniper comes into the bottle (and, of course, pure alcohol mixed with water). No long list of botanicals, no sugar and no frills. The Rhine Gin sticks to the tried and tested and does well. Speaking of good: The juniper, which is used here, must be of excellent quality. The nose is not only resinous and needle-like, but brimming with licorice, vanilla, fennel and also slightly fruity notes.
