Halen Mon sea salt is extracted from the Atlantic around the Isle of Anglesey in Wales. By smoking over wood chips from 800-year-old oak trees, these salt flakes get a sweet smoky aroma. This means we can offer a uniquely tasty sea salt with a wonderful crunchy texture. This spice gives fried meat and fish a pleasant grilled aroma. Fried potatoes, savory egg dishes, salads or sandwiches also get that certain something extra with smoked Halen Mon sea salt.
