Jozo Gourmet Salt is obtained from sea water by slowly evaporating brine in large pans. This production process creates pyramid-shaped crystals that are ideal for meat, game and poultry. These visually appealing salt crystal plates have such a delicate consistency that they do not crack when bitten into and are therefore not only suitable for hot dishes, but also for warm or cold dishes. This salt is obtained from natural brine in Denmark.
