The salt flower is appreciated by top chefs and gourmets as the finest table salt: for seasoning at the table, for carpaccios, salads and uncooked food. The platelet-shaped crystals are formed within a few hours and are drawn by hand. They are particularly easily soluble, can be grated between the fingers and melt on the tongue. Flor de Sal is completely natural, low in sodium and, thanks to its mild sweet mineral bouquet, gives the food a very special taste.
