Tahiti Vanilla is ideal for the production of desserts, creme brulee, vanilla sauce, vanilla ice cream, many other desserts and delicious sauces for crustaceans. Vanille de Tahiti is grown in the Pacific Islands. The pods weighing between 7 and 10 grams are 15-20 cm long, approx. 1 cm wide, black-brown and very meaty. Due to its higher piperone content, which is expressed by an unusually delicate floral aroma, the smell differs markedly from the standard vanilla and is twice as productive. It is used, for example, in the preparation of desserts, shellfish and seafood, as well as fruit delicacies.
