Essenza di tartufo bianco, truffle oil with the aroma of real white truffle

This truffle oil is the first in the world to capture the natural scent and taste of truffles. To flavor our Essenza, the producer needs a large amount of fresh white truffles (Tuber magnatum Pico). The result is a deep, subtle and subtle taste. This oil is the first absolutely naturally flavored truffle oil. The producer, of course, does not reveal the exact manufacture. Just so much: the volatile aromas of the fresh truffles are transferred to the oil through their fragrance. The smell of real truffles contains 48 components.
