The early harvest of Hojiblanca olives is worthwhile. This oil has outstanding green notes of artichoke, green vegetables and freshly cut grass. The spiciness at the end is stimulating. Priego de Cordoba is the DOP. The trees of the family estate, some of which are 200 years old, grow in the Sierras Subbeticas National Park in southern Andalusia. The intense fruitiness goes well with the roasted notes of grilled meat, orange salad and grilled vegetables. At the 2021 Olio Awards, the oil came in 89th out of 225.
