Cubeb pepper (piper cubeba) is also called tail or stem pepper. It has a pleasant, slightly bitter aroma, which is a bit peppery, but also reminiscent of allspice - with a hint of eucalyptus and camphor. It fits best in meat and vegetable dishes.
