AT-BIO-301 The spirit of chocolate, captured by the Riegersburg pioneers Alois Gölles and Josef Zotter. Exquisite cocoa beans are carefully roasted and stirred into chocolate according to a specially developed recipe at Zotter. By carefully distilling in copper stills, Gölles brings the spirit of chocolate into the bottle. A clear distillate - in the nose the scent of dark chocolate, on the palate the irrepressible power of roasted beans.
