Naturally sweet red wine made from 100% Grenache Noir. Dark, deep red. On the nose intense notes of cassis, cherry and blueberry. The taste is harmonious and dense with light coffee notes. Long aftertaste. Where the Pyrenees plunge into the sea, the vineyards of Banyuls, from Collioure to Cerbere and Port-Vendres stretch along the coast for 25 km. The banyuls are produced in these locations, on slate terraces, where the grapes are harvested overripe. A wine for refining and seasoning various dishes and sauces and an irresistible companion to cheese, foie gras and desserts with chocolate. Can easily be kept open for 2 months.
