The 54% alcohol of this spirit based on a Panama rum is beautifully integrated into the chocolate notes. Dark chocolate, cream and a hint of citrus fruits await us in the nose. On the palate, it has intense notes of milk chocolate and cocoa. It is shaped by the barrel with a little orange, but the chocolate drowns out most of it.
