This clear red wine vinegar is created using a special method in large oak barrels. The vinegar is pumped evenly over wood shavings, giving it its spicy taste. It then matures for another year in oak barrels. In this it reaches its optimal acidity of 7.45% and a pleasant rounding off. The base wines are carefully selected.
