Dessert powder for making American cheesecake with 35% cream cheese. Preparation: American Cheesecake Mix: Mix 1000g and warm water (approx. 35°C) 1250g in a mixer fitted with a whisk or paddle attachment on low/medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Bake in the oven at 150-160°C for about 50 minutes. For a more intense flavored cheesecake, add 50g of egg yolk to the recipe.
